Union Capital Partners Sold March 25, 2009 Valued Referral Partners and Brokers, Union Capital Partners has sold its lease portfolio to ACC Capital Corporation. Effective immediately U-Cap will cease accepting new applications and its operations will be consolidated into ACC’s. Kirstin and Kim have both taken positions with ACC; Kirstin in the position of Sr VP/Chief Operating Officer and Kim Simmons in the position of Director of Intermediary Relations.
